     Two 12' x 12' stalls

South Aisle:
      Six 14' x 10' stalls

     2 large summer grass pastures
     4 smaller winter grass paddocks           
      including freeze free automatic             
      waterers
     1 large pasture with run-in shed for      
      pasture boarders
Boarders have access to -
      Heated modern bathroom
     Heated and locked tack room
     Access to trails on 40 acres
     130' x 80' Indoor sand/rubber arena     
      with an automatic watering system
     190' x 80' Outdoor sand arena
